The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted the defendant State Compensation Insurance Fund's petition for reconsideration. The Board found that the extensive amendments proposed by the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) to their original decision were better suited for the trial level. Consequently, the Board rescinded the September 9, 2010 Findings, Award, and Order. The case is now returned to the WCJ to issue a new decision.
