The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted reconsideration of an Order Approving Compromise and Release due to a mutual mistake of fact concerning permanent disability advances. Consequently, the Board rescinded the prior order and substituted an amended order that correctly allows credit for all permanent disability advances made after that date.
