MARIA RIVERA vs. WELMORE TOOL & ENGINEERING, OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE

The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted reconsideration of a prior decision in Rivera v. Welmore Tool & Engineering. This action was taken because a settlement has been reached during the pendency of the reconsideration.
