In this workers' compensation case, the Appeals Board affirmed the WCJ's January 16, 2020 Findings and Order. The Board granted reconsideration to further study the issues but ultimately adopted and incorporated the WCJ's report. They gave great weight to the WCJ's credibility determinations, noting no substantial evidence warranted rejecting them. Consequently, the original Findings and Order in favor of applicant Gary Jensen against The Nevel Group, Inc. and Zurich American Insurance Company remain in effect.
