PABLO GONZALES vs. KVS TRANSPORTATION, INC., SEABRIGHT INSURANCE COMPANY

The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted reconsideration of a finding that Pablo Gonzales sustained a specific industrial injury of Valley Fever on December 29, 2009.
