AMTONIO MONTERO vs. HERRICK CORPORATION, MATRIX ABSENCE MANAGEMENT

In *Montero v. Herrick Corporation*, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) granted a petition for reconsideration of an arbitrator's decision.
