The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) dismissed the applicant's petition for reconsideration and denied their petition for removal. The WCAB found the applicant's petition was not taken from a "final" order, as it addressed only intermediate procedural or evidentiary issues. Furthermore, the WCAB determined that the applicant failed to demonstrate substantial prejudice or irreparable harm necessary to justify the extraordinary remedy of removal. Consequently, the Board adopted the WCJ's report in its entirety.
