Claim of Foglia v. New York City Housing Authority

Angulo v. City of New York

Claim of Miller v. North Shore University Hospital

Mark v. Board of Education

Filing a Workers’ Compensation claim was also deemed insufficient to satisfy the notice requirements of General Municipal Law § 50-e.
