The Appeals Board issued an order to correct a clerical error in its June 5, 2025, decision, specifically regarding an omitted case number. Separately, it addressed the defendant's petition for reconsideration. The WCJ had previously found the applicant permanently totally disabled due to industrial injuries. However, the Appeals Board determined that there was insufficient medical evidence to support a finding of permanent mental incapacity under Labor Code section 4662(a)(4). Consequently, the Appeals Board rescinded the WCJ's November 18, 2022 Findings and Award and remanded the case for further proceedings.
