Peters, James v. A Clean Connection, LLC.

Critical Health Connection, Inc. v. Texas Workforce Commission

Neal, James v. Connect Express

Reese, Ronald v. Waste Connections, Inc.

Hogan, Martean v. Health Connect America

Klussman v. A.T. Reynolds & Sons, Inc.

City of Houston v. Morris
