TRESSIE COOK vs. COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE

This was because the Administrative Law Judge failed to address the employer's claims regarding credit for temporary disability overpayments and the issue of payments made by VPA, Inc. The Board found that further development of the record and analysis were needed to determine if VPA payments should result in a credit or a lien against the applicant's award, and whether the employer was entitled to credit for any temporary disability overpayments. The issue of injury to the psyche was also reserved for further proceedings.
